Please be aware that you will not be allowed to attend Furlandia without agreeing to our conduct policy.

Important notes

The first and last name that you use to register must match your first and last name on at least one government-issued photographic identification, such as a passport or driver's license. We cannot issue your badge unless we can verify your identity with a government-issued photo ID.

You will have the option to not display your legal name as presented on your photo ID on your badge. By selecting this badge layout, your legal name should only be handled by Furlandia registration staff.

(For purposes of this section, "legal first name" and "legal last name" refer to your first and last name as shown on your government-issued photo ID, respectively.)

If you used your legal last name, but registered under a preferred first name other than your legal first name, please go to the registration page, sign in using your preferred first name and legal last name, and update your first name to your legal first name. All other registration information is saved–you do not need to enter other information again, but we recommend that you verify it for accuracy as you proceed through the pages.

If you used a last name that is not your legal last name, please contact us at registration@furlandia.org and we will be happy to assist you where possible. Note that memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. We cannot issue refunds for payments made under a name other than your legal name.

You must pre-register to select a Patron or Sponsor membership. Patron and Sponsor memberships cannot be purchased at the door.

Registration for Minors

All attendees under the age of 18 are required to have their parent or legal guardian sign a Parental Permission and Liability Release Form to hand in when registering or checking in at registration during the convention weekend. We will have forms available at the convention registration station, but you can also download a printable copy of the form here.

Minor Curfew

All attendees under the age of 18 MUST leave the St. Helens area by 9:00pm each day. Curfew for minors in all other areas of the event space is midnight.

Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you have any questions, please email registration@furlandia.org.

Pre-Registration Prices

This section is in regards to basic memberships only.

Pre-registration price was $40 until 11:59:59pm PDT on April 21, 2018.

After midnight of April 22, 2018, memberships will be $50 for the weekend, payable at the door only. Admission at the door is not guaranteed.

All payments for Patron or Sponsor memberships must be received by 11:59:59pm PDT on April 21, 2018 to make sure you receive your selected shirt size and other included items. We cannot guarantee the fulfillment of the full package for Patrons and Sponsors who pay after pre-registration closes.

Membership Types and Benefits

Child - Free for children under 10 when accompanied by paid adult member

• Allows access to most areas and panels of the convention.
• Must follow the guidelines set out for minors in the conduct policy.
• Children 10 and over must have an Attending membership.

Minors under the age of 13 must be accompanied at all times by a parent, legal guardian, or an adult designated as responsible for them by their parent or guardian. Any person accompanying a minor under the age of 13 must also purchase a membership that is valid for the entire duration of the minor's attendance.

Minors between the ages of 13 and 17 must have an adult responsible for them on site and able to be contacted at all times.
