Furlandia 2026 will be held Memorial Day Weekend (May 22nd-24th).
All Furlandia members, regardless of registration type, must abide by the Code of Conduct.
Additionally, the following items may be added onto any registration:
Printed con books will also be available at con for a higher price; however, the Guests of Honor dinner tickets must be purchased during pre-registration, and the con store will feature a different t-shirt design than what is available for preordering.
For pre-registration, we accept credit/debit card, checks, and money orders.
For at-event registration, we accept cash and credit/debit cards.
Payment via PayPal is no longer available as we have switched to Square for processing credit cards. We apologize for the inconvenience.
You must use your legal name to register for Furlandia. When registering, you will have the option to choose a badge layout that does not display your legal name. If you select this badge layout, your legal name will only be handled by Furlandia staff.
If you registered with your legal last name and a preferred first name other than your legal first name, please use the registration page to update your first name to your legal first name. All other information from your registration, including your payment, is saved — you do not need to enter it again, but we recommend that you check it for accuracy as you proceed through the registration page. If pre-registration has closed, you can update your first name using one of our on-site kiosks.
If you registered with a last name that is not your legal last name, or if your last name has changed and you wish to update it, please contact us at registration@furlandia.org and we will be happy to assist you where possible.
We cannot issue refunds for payments made under a name other than your legal name.
If you are 13 years of age or older, we must be able to verify your identity and age in order to issue you a badge.
If you are 18 years of age or older, you should present a valid government-issued photo ID when picking up your badge.
If you are between 13 and 17 years of age (inclusive) and do not have a government-issued photo ID, you can present any combination of documents from recognized public institutions that establish proof of your identity and age (such as a school ID and an official copy of your birth certificate).
ID is not required for children under the age of 13.
Furlandia recognizes the age of the attendee relevant to the first official day of the convention, which is Friday. For 2026, this will be May 22, 2026.
For example, if an attendee is 12 years of age at the time of registration, and they turn 13 on Friday, May 22, 2026, they will not need an accompanying adult to attend. If an attendee is 17 years of age, and they turn 18 on Saturday, May 24, 2026, they will still require parental consent to attend.
If you are a parent that is registering for both yourself and your child, there are a few steps to keep in mind.
The most important detail to note is that you will need to create separate accounts for every attending individual; however, you may create multiple accounts under the same email. This means that once you register one attendee, make sure that you do not log into the same account to register the next.
We recommend registering the parent(s) first before registering the child(ren), especially if a child is under the age of 13.
All members under the age of 18 must submit a Parental Permission and Liability Release Form signed by their parent or legal guardian when registering or checking in at registration during the convention.
Parental Permission and Liability Release Form.
Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied at all times by a parent, legal guardian, or other adult designated as responsible for them by their parent or legal guardian. Any person accompanying a member under the age of 13 must also purchase a membership that is valid for the entire duration of the minor’s attendance.
Members between the ages of 13 and 17 (inclusive) must have an adult responsible for them on-site and able to be contacted at all times that they are present. If you are the adult contact for a member between the ages of 13 and 17 and you do not plan on entering the convention spaces, you do not need to purchase a membership. (But we encourage you to do so, so you can join in the fun as well!)
If you are the parent or legal guardian of a minor who is attending and cannot accompany them (if under the age of 13) or be on-site and reachable (if between the ages of 13 and 17), you can designate another adult to be responsible for them by filling out this form to be submitted when registering or checking in at registration.
Designated On-site Contact for Minor.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis by discretion of the convention chair.
Please contact us at registration@furlandia.org and we will be happy to assist you.
