Room Block

The Hyatt Regency Portland offers special rates for rooms booked through the room block. Rooms have limited availability and will be on a first-come, first-serve basis. Click the button below to book a room.

Our room block dates range from Monday, May 18th to Thursday, May 28th. The link above will default to booking from Tuesday, May 19th to Tuesday, May 26th, but you may change the days as needed.

Rooms start at $175 per night, plus taxes and fees. Prices increase when there are three or more guests in a room. There is no upfront deposit when booking. Rooms booked through our link will not include the $25/night Destination Fee.

A credit or debit card is required to book the room, and a physical card must be present to check in. The hotel is cashless and does not accept contactless payments.

It is likely that we will sell out of our initial room block. We recommend that attendees consider sharing their rooms with other attendees who need a room. We will also attempt to expand the room block if it fills up -- keep an eye on our socials.

Please be aware of room sharing scams. To minimize the risk of scams, we strongly recommend that attendees do not send any forms of payment to anyone offering to share a room they have booked until you have met the host in person and confirmed the room.

Parking

The hotel offers parking options through a third party parking service. Parking is $35/night, or $45/night for valet parking.

Late Checkout

The hotel offers late checkout based upon availability. Late checkout of noon is free of charge, and checkout may be postponed up to 4p for an additional $10/hr + taxes.
