On-Site Volunteer

Our convention is entirely run by volunteers, so we can always use another pair of paws. For those with only a few spare hours to contribute during the con, stop by the operations office to see how you can help out. Every task is important!

Pre-Event Volunteer (Staff)

Have more time to contribute? Have special skills? Want to be part of a team? We are looking for people with a wide range of experience to help with pre-event planning and coordination. This is still volunteering, but with more responsibility! If you’re interested, please apply using the form below.

Meetings

Most staff meetings are held virtually. Some meetings will be held in person with a virtual component available for those who cannot make it in person.

We will host two meetings are open to the public, so anyone can join. This is a great way to get a feel for what we do behind the scenes! These meetings will take place on November 7th, 2026 and March 20th, 2027. More information about these meetings will be announced on our socials and on this webpage closer to the dates.
