We are excited to be returning to the Sheraton Hotel at the Portland Airport for 2015! You can book a room for as little as $119/Night, our special convention rate.
Please be aware this is the price with only up to double occupancy. It’s an extra $10/Night for each additional person after two that you choose to list at the time of booking, up to quad occupancy. So for 3 people it would be $129/Night and 4 would be $139/Night.

The Sheraton is 100% smoke AND vape-free. Smoking areas outdoors are subject to the rules of the hotel.
Please be courteous to housekeeping, clean up after yourself, and remember to tip! If you smoke in or damage your room, you’ll probably be charged for it. No illegal substances or activities on hotel grounds. Simply put; follow hotel rules and call them if you aren’t sure. If you’re removed from the property, you’ll lose your convention membership.
Why should I get a room?
So many good reasons to book a room at the convention hotel! It’s convenient, provides for a less rushed or hectic experience, no having to arrive late or leave early, more time to see what you want, a place to rest and recharge, and many social activities happen after hours. From our standpoint, room block sales keep costs affordable and the hotel happy. The truth for small conventions is that room block sales make or break future years.
Pets!
Of the four-legged variety of course.
The Sheraton is pet friendly! There is no extra fee involved for those bringing a pet. Guests with pets are required to stay in 1st floor rooms, so please make a note during room reservation and at check-in that you’ll have a critter with you. Guests are responsible for their pets, cleaning up after them, and any damages or issues with the hotel. If you have any pet-related inquiries, phone the hotel at (503) 281-2500.

The Sheraton operates shuttles to and from the airport. The shuttle also services stops for TriMet’s Red Line lightrail (The MAX) located at the airport as well as at Cascade Station. These shuttles are available 24 hours a day and can be requested during your stay by calling (503) 281-2500 and pressing 0.
The Sheraton features an on-site Starbucks, a restaurant, and a bar. Last year they also set up a bar outside of Theater (complete with furry-themed drink special), and we expect this will make a return!
There is an indoor heated pool and Jacuzzi.
Located near the lightrail’s Red Line, which can take you downtown.
Cascade Station, a prolific shopping center, is nearby and contains many different types of restaurants and stores. As mentioned previously, this is serviced via hotel shuttle if needed.
The hotel staff love us! In 2014 you may have seen many of them wearing the con shirt. That’s an amenity, right?
