Dealer's Den

Thank you for your interest in the 2020 Furlandia Dealer's Den! Applications for this event will open October 15th. Furlandia strives to showcase a variety of talents in our dealer's den, and we look forward to seeing what our community has to offer!

Available Spaces:

This year Furlandia is offering both a general audience space, and an ID required, adult-friendly space for our dealers. Both rooms will be located in high traffic areas and treated as main dealer spaces, so please choose the one that you feel best suits your wares.

Please note, table prices do not include registration. You may add up to 1 assistant per half table, for a maximum of 2 with a full table. Dealer registration will be available during checkout, however your assistants must already be registered to assign them to your table.

Half Table - 3' x 2.5' $60
Full Table - 6' x 2.5' $100

Application Process

Dealers will have from October 15th to November 15th to submit applications. Applications will be reviewed by staff, and dealers can expect to hear back about applications around November 30th. Dealers who are selected will receive a confirmation email and will have 2 weeks from receiving this email to complete their registration and pay for their tables. Dealers who are not selected will be placed on a wait list. Any table not paid for by the 2 week deadline will be forfeit, and offered to the next applicant on the waitlist.

Please note that Furlandia will not keep a "wait list" of interested dealers after this application period. Please be sure to submit an application during this time if you are interested in vending at Furlandia.

If you don't receive a response, whether accepted, rejected, or wait listed, within the timeline mentioned, please email dealers@furlandia.org

What Makes a Good Application?

The Furlandia Dealer's Den aims to bring a variety of different vendors and artists to our event. We welcome both veterans of our event as well as first time applicants! In your application, we would like to see clear examples of the type of work you intend to bring to your Furlandia table. Photos of previous displays or mock ups of your planned display, image focused galleries such as Furaffinity, Deviantart or Instagram, online stores, and personal websites are all great ways to show your work. We are looking for a diverse group of applicants from all disciplines, including writers, crafters, visual artists, and more, and we are excited to see the best example of your craft!

Cancellation Policy

Table fees and registration are non-refundable and non-transferrable. If you are unable to attend for any reason, please contact dealers@furlandia.org as early as possible.
